Italian CE market grows in 2021

In the twelve months of 2021, 22,000 construction machines have been placed on the Italian market, up 30 per cent if compared to 2020. Data were presented by Unacea in a digital press conference held last 1st February.

Italy posts 25% growth in CE sales

Italian construction equipment (CE) market saw a sales of 6,389 units in the first six months of 2018, with a growth of 25 per cent compared to last year. According to Unacea, total earthmoving machines sold were 6,157, while road machines 232.

Italian CE market grows in first quarter

Italian exports of construction equipment in 2015 scored a total value of ?2.5 billion, with an increase of 4.9 per cent compared with 2014.

Coal Ministry to review surplus coal usage

To determine mandatory rules for the use of surplus coal from captive mines, the Union Coal Ministry has started fresh round of discussions with other involved ministries including Power and Steel. The matter has been kept in abeyance for the last two years. As per the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act 1973 which oversees captive mining, all coal mined from the block must be used entirely for the respective end-use project.
